Concept #3 How individuals fit in an organization This concept tries to explain the factors that make one suitable for a certain post in any organization (Taylor, 2006). The concept asserts that organizations hire individuals that match their culture and values rather than those that are not compatible What are the values that you consider while recruiting staffs? In a community-based care facility, providing care based on the components of iCare is very crucial. The segment includes Compassion, Advocacy, Resilience, and Evidence-Based Practice. These components improve collaboration with others and highlight patient-centred care, such as providing clients with care that is respectful and responsive to the patient's preference, values.

INTERVIEW BUSINESS LEADER ASSIGNMENT 7 Ethics: For leadership about ethics, health care professionals frequently depends on the principles of respect for autonomy, justice, beneficence and non-maleficence (Layman, 2003). Having respect for autonomy means that recruits will allow patients to have control over their lives (Weis, 2014). Non-maleficence necessitates refraining from hurting patients, while beneficence involves offering beneficial care (Polito, 2011). Justice seeks a reasonable allocation of resources and responsibilities. What is the ideal nurse staff for your facility? Someone who demonstrates compassion by caring, listening, alleviating suffering, building a rapport, touching, and going above to ensure that patients are satisfied. Also, someone who would: Think it through. It is said silence is golden. In nursing setting, thinking through is a vital aspect to consider before taking any action. If a conflict arises, perhaps, it is crucial to think it through before addressing it to the person of interest whom you have a dispute with. Considering the impacts, it would have to the patients, and how it may affect an individual's performance in providing services, as well as the facility. Instead of addressing or confronting someone, one may consider seeking advice from a family member, an objective friend or administration. Be strategized n how to solve the problem, and this would reach a sufficient resolution. Talk it out In case there is a conflict, it is always good to face someone and discuss the issue amicably. Face-to-face communication is the most efficient way of resolving conflict, and this helps to improve the health-care performance within the facility. Face-to-face communication helps one to express his or her feelings towards a particular problem as one can use gestures among other body languages

INTERVIEW BUSINESS LEADER ASSIGNMENT 8 Summary and Rationale Community-based care organizations should address diverse challenges to ensure effectiveness in delivering ageing-care. The areas comprising technology integration, good communication skills, Medicare funding, and transportation needs would solve the organizational challenges. Addressing such concerns will increase the quality of ageing services and expand the scope of service and benefits among the ageing population.
