The best leadership style for a nurse supervisor is transformational. A Transformational leader style in nursing is also based on the encouragement of the employees to give their best at work and motivation to be positive while performing various tasks instead of being negative. But, all this is done through a common mission and vision. Another leadership style that is great to adopt is one that is a coaching leadership, leader concentrates on the development of people.
