Purpose This quality management plan is intended to describe the minimum accepted quality levels of the deliverables and ensure compliance with the deliverables. Procurement Plan All services exceeding $2000 require 3 quotes. Any services exceeding $50000 are to be let by tender. Cost approval delegation for Project Manager set at $5000. Staffing management plan: Staff Acquisition: For the NBSA Head Office Relocation project, the project staff will consist of internal and external resources as needed. There will be outsourcing/contracting performed within the scope of this project, such as the architecture firm and contractors. The Project Manager will negotiate with functional and department managers in order to identify and assign resources in accordance with the project organizational structure. All resources must be approved by the project manager and CEO.
