Both fixed and variable costs are important for total cost accumulation. These costs are related to the number of goods and services produced, so they also accumulate in the company’s long-term and short-term goals in a way that variable costs stimulate long-term goals. Apple produces many products for its customers depending on its product line. That being said, the company is committed to using variable costs in the wrong way and does not produce products in this inefficient way. This means that the company has not achieved its long-term goals. Similarly, in the case of Apple Inc., fixed costs are short-term and are not applicable to the following companies due to the consolidation of second-hand stores that do not require rent incentives. 16 Final Project: Comprehensive Business Plan Pricing Strategy Apple Inc. prefers the premium price strategy as it aligns with the goals and objectives of the company. Hence, this strategy is the most suitable pricing strategy as the company works to introduce innovative inventions to Japan by announcing lithium-ion batteries equipped gadgets as its official products. In this case, the company will set a higher price to encourage buyers to take advantage of it. It is important to set a premium because this will provide people with quality products and a perception that Apple stands only for premium products in the market. Refinement Success Evaluation The success of the brand is one of Apple’s main strengths and a key factor to keep its marketing plan at an appropriate level. Moreover, it is very important to evaluate success as a tangible strength. Although studies have claimed that success is an intangible strength, but it is required to be measured if the company wanted to measure its performance and growth. This will benefit the business to classify the successes and dimensions of continuing the promotion strategy to make the required changes to meet the targets of this plan and take the planned course of the company.
