Power is a capability that shows a thing could influence the other to acts according to what it’s ordered to do. There are two bases of power, formal and personal, formal power are more to typical power in the organization where the superior have to their subordinate, while the personal power are more to the individual’s uniqueness and differ from the other. Power tactics is the way how people use their power on its most effective way. Power is the outermost of its true colour, where the inside it has bases of power which decide where and when the capability of power could work, and the power tactics shows on which way people act to perform their power to other.
