Additionally, for a new employee in the role of an analyst, he/she must be ready to be a problem solver, a thinker and should not be easily ruffled by conflicts. Asking as many questions as answers is also a great trait that a business analyst entrant possesses in the spirit of ensuring that everything is being done as purposed. To support an analytic business culture, a business analyst should always be knowledgeable about technology advancement and provide solutions to minimize short-term pains and maximize long- term goals. Additionally, a business analyst should always be in front line to help the stakeholders to solve problems without fear. Tackling challenges and turning the data into useful information that will help the organization achieve its goals. A business analyst within the functional units of an organization should have a conduit relationship to ensure overall performance. The two analysts should keep communicating to ensure that the functionality departments are working on a data interpreted information IT analyst should also ensure that all technical systems are well set in the functional departments to make it easy for other analyst to deliver the required results. Business analysis is a multi-purpose responsibility that interconnects all departments of an organization. However, a business analyst fits well in the information technology department. The importance of a business analyst is in an IT department is that he will be in a position to relay first-hand information to software engineers to facilitate achievements of organizational goals ( Richards & Marrone, 2014). Moreover, the analyst will be in an excellent place to gain technical know-how and feasibility of the solutions.
