During the maturity stage, Google have to maintain thier idea and at the same time they have to find new ideas to make the existing user in the market loyal with their product since the sale during this stage will slow down. They also can use their new ideas to attract new user in the market to use their product.Lastly is the decline stage where at that time, the sales will be in the low level. The challenge that Google have to faced is whether they should stop the production of the product or they may continued but they may occur a lot of cost. So, Google have to make decision whether they want to maintain, harvest or drop the product.
