amounts. It is composed of Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Sulfur, and Chloride. Micro/Trace Minerals are actually micronutrients which are chemical elements. Trace means a little amount. And these are the minerals that your body needs only in small amounts. These minerals include Iodine, Iron, Copper, Manganese, Zinc, Selenium, Fluoride, and Zinc. One of the most important minerals for the human body is Calcium. Calcium aids the body formation and upholds strong teeth and bones. Appropriate intensities of calcium over a lifespan can aid to prevent osteoporosis . Calcium benefits your body by: constructing durable bones and teeth, thickening blood, referring and reception of nerve indicators, clutching and calming muscles, discharging hormones and other chemicals and protecting a normal heartbeat. Proper dosage of Calcium depends on factors such as age, reason, type of calcium, and other medications taken. A few sources of calcium include milk, green leafy vegetables, oranges, beans, fish, and almonds. A lack of calcium could include symptoms such as back or neck pain, tenderness of bones, easy fracturing, loss of height, or a stooped posture. There are also effects caused by too much calcium in the diet. Some examples are dry mouth, confusion, fatigue, irregular heartbeat, loss of appetite, dizziness, kidney stones, and stomach problems.
