The vision of Engro Corporation wasto be a part of the Global market as Pakistani-based multinational company. It was Engro’sstrategic plan to make its marks in Pakistan first and then globally. A myth was generated that the20% of their revenue is achieved by their international sales but acquiring Al-Safa was the firststep of Engro Corporation to go international and diversify the company to earn more revenueoutside of the Pakistan. Later, the Engro Corporation built the head office in Toronto, Canadaafter the approval of State Bank of Pakistan. The Engro also exported its raw material which canbe used by the food businesses to utilize it from Pakistan and it will help our economy to boosteven more. Al-Safa Halal distribute its products throughout the North America being a smallfood industry in New York to cater the community of 7 million North American Muslims.
