J. Fernandez Marketing upper management requires motivational skills such as fair pay for the work done. The upper management must differentiate the pay for veteran employees from new entrants to embrace diversity and elevate every team player. As a result, the top management effectively fosters the relationship between the groups where veteran employees interact and train new entrants freely within and across teams. Thus, scientific management theory gives aid to effective team management across functional areas such as marketing, digital media, graphic designers and copywriters departments. Administrative management theory attempts to find a rational way of designing a company as a whole. The business portrays a formalized administrative structure with a clear hierarchy of powers from top to bottom. Also, powers and authority get delegated to subordinate workers to avoid conflict of instructions and commands (Adetule, Prince 7) . Administrative management theory will help team leads execute their duties and roles such as holding a team meeting, supporting members, and monitoring and measuring their progress. Additionally, the division of labor gets enhanced where each department gets allocated specific tasks. Intuitively, our marketing representative team will be able to handle different tasks that arise from projects exhibiting multiple elements such as television and social media. The same case will apply to our graphic designing team, copywriters, and digital media. Thus administrative management will create a cohesive working relationship within and across our various teams to achieve effectiveness. Businesses achieve consistent results when the team gets aligned to set goals. Also, direction commonality emerges and different individual’s energy becomes harmonized. Thus, J.
