Teams should be followed and tracked to make sure that they’re doing well and they’re on the right path . Having an effective team requires some steps and points . first, soft
skills should be there , which will help a lot . second, having a specific goal and focusing on it and make sure that it will be accomplished in a right way. Project managers also have to show support and track the details of the work , they can even provide a specific schedule to be sure that each one of the team knows what he/she suppose to do .In Addition , supervisors should be ready to solve any conflict that might be happen between their tem member , and they should give them some trust and build a comfortable environment to them , to motivates them .f) What advice would you give Samantha about setting up a project management office?What roles could these staff perform, and how could they interact with the existing projects? Samantha had created a PM manual and trained the employees to get the wok done well , and within 1 year only she turned the whole process and orders are being delivered on time with a better quality . Samantha at one time felt a big pressure , and had a problem here with the supervisors . I advice her to increase the number of the supervisors how own a higher skills ,and set the average skilled supervisors as normal employees , so that they can learn more from the supervisors who actually own more skills and experience , or in order to balance the full work , she should keep on trying with her management to set up a project management office (PMO) to have more managerial stuff that can help the supervisors . having a good trained employees with a perfect trained and a good Experienced supervisors will lead to best results .g) Can you describe other ways that this PMO function could be organized? PMO has different ways that can be organized . the first step is know and understand the organization (size , quality , the available resources and the possibilities of implementing the PMO ). Second , is to know the type of PMO that is needed and will suits the organization . third , focus on providing the needed values and results .Those steps would make us have the best PMO system that is well organized and suits our organization , with the best results needed .
