For each participant, list his or her number, last name, first name, and the class number, class description, and date of the class for all classes in which the participant is enrolled. 3. Expand the database design you created in Exercise 3 so it will support the following report: Colonial Adventure Tours needs to send an invoice to each participant, listing the classes in which the participant is enrolled as well as the total fees for the classes.
