The strategies necessary to implement Ensuring Quality of Clinical Care into the HCO management process in health care organizations today you would need to perform the following five functions. First you will need to ensure an accurate diagnosis which is the critical contribution of the caregiver and an ongoing process. The HCO will need to select the effective caregivers and they monitor their effectiveness. Provide training to maintain and improve the clinical skills. Support the responsive listening to patients needs and provide diagnostic clinical support services. Second they will need to ensure excellent care and the HCO will do so by updating and maintaining protocols. Training the caregivers in their use and ensuring patient safety and minimizes risks. The HCO will also provide informed consent, maintain logistic support, and keep records of care along with coordinating care.
