residents who live in the area are students and young adults.They are sometimes seen utilizingthe motorized scooters to get around town because of its convenience.I would have done thesame thing because traffic within this area is a nightmare.There are so many vehicles notedtraveling back and forth from the main streets to the nearby mall that sometimes it takes 30minutes just to drive five blocks to the grocery store.However, I do not agree with the bill notrequiring adults over 18 years old to wear a helmet, especially when there has been an increase ininjuries related to motorized scooters.Reference
