It also explains about what the user are doing, what are they trying to achieve, what are they doing to achieve it and how they are doing. The main key terminologies that are used in task analysis are goal and task. Goal means the thing that should be achieve, and task means the steps that should be taken to achieve the goal. [Aak14][Joh15] The technique for task analysis is Hierarchical Task Analysis. 2.5.1 Hierarchical Task Analysis Hierarchical Task Analysis(HTA) was designed by Annett and Duncan for identifying training needs. It generally includes a task break downs into subtasks and then subtask into sub subtasks and so on. Then all tasks are grouped as plans that define how the task can be performed in real situation. HTA starts from user goals and then it is examined, and the main tasks associated with achieving that goal are identified. HTA technique is also implemented in this project to show activities that should be done to achieve the goal. Goal of project: To develop the Library Management System which is user interactive and easy to use. When librarian login in this system, the following goals are to be achieve.
