am one that believes that a positive attitude and being happy really can help your situation. I will definitely admit that I am a very emotional person. I do think that I get mad way to often. I let little things bother me to much and I really should not. It just irritates me when my kids do the same stuff over and over when they know better. Example just the other day my son was asked to get me a refill of tea from the kitchen and he comes back and obviously had let it run over the sides as water is still coming down the sides. He goes to hand it to me over the top of the laptop that I have borrowed from my best friend. With drops of it hitting down on the keyboard. Wendy Salazar lists out 9 steps in her article titled: “Are You on an Emotional Rollercoaster? 9 Ways to Cope.” I personally have found six, seven, and nine to be lifesavers. Here they are: 1. Think before you act.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
