as China Mobile, China Telecom and Xunlei.com.Overall, Google look to the future optimistically and assume that soon they will becomethe leader on the Chinese market.Ethical issuesThe main ethical problem that can be observed in China is a violation of human rights. Abasic right that every person has is freedom. China is clearly taking this a right for nothing anddid not obey it. The Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights clearly says thatevery person has to be treated equally and with respect. “All human beings are born free andequal in dignity and rights” (Universal Declaration of Human Rights p.2). By prohibitingcitizens’ access to information and allowing the government to have any type of data, Chinaconfirmed that the behavior of the ruling class is unethical. Article 2 of the Declaration is takingabout the right to political opinion “no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs (...)”(Universal Declaration of Human Rights p.2). Chinese government tried to intimidate its citizensto make you fear for their lives did not seek information regarding independence or censorship.According to me, in some way, the Article 5 of the Declaration also has not been obey by China. This article says that nobody should treat inhumanly any person. “No one shall be subjected to

The Article 8 of the Declaration says “No one shall be subjected to arbitraryarrest, detention or exile.”(UniversalDeclaration of Human Rights p.3).By making public theprivate data, US companies contributed to violations of both Article 8 and Article 12, which says“No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, and home orcorrespondence.”(Universal Declaration of Human Rights p.4). Additionally, Chinese peoplecould not raise their voices andtheir opinion about the Chinese government and the way it treatsits citizens, what violated Article 19 of the Declaration” Everyone has the right to freedom ofopinion and expression” (Universal Declaration of Human Rights p.5). Unethical conduct of thecommunist government in China was confirmed by a prohibition of blogs and opinion- pages, when every person is entitled to a social life”Everyone has the right freely to participate in thecultural life of the community”(Universal Declaration of Human Rights p.7). According to methe most unethical was that the foreign companies which should spread the information and grantthe free access to knowledge, surrendered to terror in order to earn more money and capture new
