ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR PAPER3There is a bond between the organizational behavior and organizational systems. For example, organizations are not stable in training, interpersonal skills, and ethics which can affect the organizational system. Therefore, there is a high turnover rate, low morale within the company, and poor performance among the employees. Perceptions of Organizational Stakeholders and Techniques UsedOrganizational stakeholders in the criminal justice system are not only the employees but also the community. The major issue with the perceptions of the organizational stakeholders is the issue of change that happens daily. There are many ways to manage change and make it easier on these stakeholders. The primary technique to use is communication. Communication can reduce defiance to employees and the community on two levels. Firstly, it fights the effects of misinformation, and by receiving the facts it ultimately alleviates gossip and resistance. Secondly, it can help convince the stakeholders there is a need for change in proper packaging the concept (Robbins & Judge, 2013).Another technique is getting the stakeholder to participate in the change or improvements. By being involved in change or improvements, it can reduce resistance and possibly even change minds of those opposed. Many people fear that when stakeholders are involved it could produce an adverse effect such as wasted time and the negative potential for creating poor solutions (Robbins & Judge, 2013).
