industry will expand their ER departments where they could see more patients quickly and more efficiently. The more hiring of the physicians the more the services will provide quick care. It is so hard to say where the biggest change will occur because the healthcare industry changes all the time due to the governments, FDA and the state of Congressman. ConclusionThe healthcare industry is a necessity for everyone, and it is well used in the business industry. Thereshould be balance in the financial and the mechanism of all organizations, and it should be affordable foreveryone because everybody health is important. The remainder of the healthcare industry should have thequality of care to treat all patients even when they do not have cash, affordable, accessible, and have moretransportation for people that can't get to him or her appointments. The changes need to make if there arevariations in the organizations because the balance should be identified ad corrected. The mission goals thatsome of these agencies has not met to him or her standards of the companies. When we wish that changeshould come only brings disappointments but forecasting is critical, and the change of the healthcareindustry will continue move because of health. The FDA makes a lot of decisions, and the physicians have togo by the policy rules of the state, federal and local governments.
