individual and group dynamics within an organization setting (p.5). In other words, research focuses on human behavior in different configurations of the organization. Organizational behavior includes three goals; the first goal is to explain why individuals and groups behave the way they do within the organizational setting. Secondly, predict how individuals and groups will behave under certain conditions. The last step is providing leaders with tools to assist with managing behaviors in the workplace to improve performance and achieve goals (Borkowski, 2016).
