best move would be. I know different things work for different people and always try to keep that in mind and also feel it is essential to do so. To keep the change from being so stressful or frustrating, I like to give everyone a heads up (which they should have when I ask for their thoughts and opinions on the change to begin with) There have been times when I have been on the receiving end of change, and it usually causes a lot of frustration and aggravation. Most of my frustration probably comes from the fact that I am a person who hates change. With that being said, I know change is inevitable and sometimes necessary. To help limit the frustration I have I need time to prepare and plan for the change, this helps me tremendously. Currently, I am not in a capacity to lead change in a school or any organization. I am a stay at home mom to 7-month-old twins and a two-year-old and getting out of the house is very challenging. For the purpose of this assignment, I will finish the journal with the way things were at my last place of employment, which is discussed at the beginning of the journal. At the CPA firm, I worked all changes that weren't the idea of the owner, or his sister came from the three girls who were considered "core" employees who had been there between two and five years. If one of these girls didn't think something needed to be changed, then it wasn't, and most ideas had to go through them. As an employee this was very frustrating, having to go through them for literally everything. In this particular place of employment, I had been there for almost three years and was not going anywhere within that organization, which was also frustrating.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
