In the article I found it proposed that we as a society put an effort to be active participants in our economy to build economic justice. To accomplish this, it is necessary as a society we use local resources and lead to a stronger local economy. To carry out this proposal we must come to an agreement that a problem exists and start a social movement. Through the rapid spread of ideas everywhere it may cause people to take action and stick up for their beliefs. The article also states that people who want change should not lay back and just wait for a movement they should try and set ground work for a movement to be possible. In the past historical solutions have been similar to one proposed currently. Social movements have always impacted society for example the civil rights movement was a major one. These social movements are very affective because over time the changes can have positive effects on the community and the country.
