that my mother told me my father lost money when the trade centers went down. 4. Rationale/Significance: This topic is worth considering because I think it’s an extremely big issue when money just disappears and people have to decide whether certain necessities are important anymore. Also, it is important to study what leads up to a financial crises and that people will use money they don’t have to still pay for unnecessary wants. 5. Method/Methodology: I will most likely be using online journals and internet sources as my primary outlet for finding information. I may also find portions of books in the libraries to use, books that have information on the flow of money from the time period I am looking at. I don’t know if I would be able to find anyone to interview unless I find somebody who is a finance professor in the Whitman school. Someone that would probably be a reliable resource for financial crises or just trending information. It would be too difficult to find a financial analyst and interview them with the time constraints I have for this paper. 6. Limitations: I am not sure of what my limitations are yet, because I haven’t come across any. But if I were to have limitations, they probably would be that I might not be able to find all the information I need on my topic.

7. Problems: Some problems I may encounter could be that some very important information I need may be in a book that the library doesn’t carry. So if I were to do an intra-library loan, they might not be able to get it to me within my time constraints. The financial analyst or finance professor I wish to consult may not be able to meet with me or may not want to meet with me. Internet sources may be old or irrelevant or the website just may not be working if I need to get back to it. 8. Bibliography: The Subprime Solution: How Today’s Global Financial Crisis happened, and What to Do about It by Robert J. Shiller Financial Crises: and What To Do About Them by Barry J. Eichengreen

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
