Centennial Patch Program to commemorate their 100 th year of Girl Scouting in Nassau County. By completing the requirements outlined for each component, the girls can earn each bar. The bars are focused around the past, future, self and community. All girls can participate in the Centennial Patch program. Earning the patch will involve such activities as learning more about Juliette Gordon Low, camping and nature appreciation, financial literacy, creating a time capsule, and many more Girl Scout activities. The Centennial Patch program is designed to last the duration of the 2018/2019 Girl Scout centennial year celebration. The girls pitched tents and camped out in the zoo.
