Continuing Professional Development 14.1 Skills Audit An aptitudes review is a procedure for estimating and recording the abilities of an individual or gathering. Abilities review incorporates zones, for example, assessing self-administration, individual and relational aptitudes and authority abilities. The fundamental motivation behind directing an aptitudes review is to distinguish the abilities and information that an individual requires, and the abilities and learning that individual right now has.
