those not interested in dating anyone? Or those are open to dating, but not easily distracted in the classroom?” This statement explains how school does not revolve around genders and attraction, but rather how learning is the highest priority in the classroom and many students do not get distracted by the opposite sex easily. With other distractions hindering learning in our day such as technology and social media, they seem to be way worse in terms of distraction than to those of the opposite sex. Students always hear a teacher yell “Get off your phone!” but very seldom do they hear a teacher yell, “Stop staring at her/him!”. In closing, co-educational learning environments should be favored over single-sex learning environments because co-ed schools prepare students for their life ahead, students have varied learning styles not determined by gender, and other distractions such as social media and technology are way worse than the minor distraction of the opposite sex. School prepares students for life and the workforce, both of which are co-educational. The skills learned from co- ed schools carry on with the student for the rest of their lives. Along with that, it promotes their communication skills and allows them to be more socially mature. Co-educational schools are the way to go in order to produce more well-rounded and socially advanced students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
