Someone would not mind as such about their rights to privacy ( Moskvitch) . Public safety is a right as equally good as an individual right to privacy. In other words, privacy is not a significant deal compared to the public good. On a personal level, human beings have adopted technology and are using it to jeopardize their right to privacy. Since an individual is willing to use technology for surveillance at a personal level, there is a need to have an equal commitment to the public good. Also, manufacturers of technology often create a technology solution to the technology problem. For instance, the airport scanners blur the image of personal regions. The other areas exposed to the operators are of the least privacy concern. Refute to Counter-Argument

The concern that technology promotes human rights can be challenged. An action is justifiable when it results in the greatest good to the largest part of a population. This is based on the utilitarian theory. The outcome of the surveillance is indefinite, and hence, the airport scanners only threaten human rights to privacy.
