Further, BoNT A can be used for aesthetic purposes. According to the research, the application of the substance in the medical field for treating pathological scars was written more than two decades ago. However, the mode of action of the substance is still not explicitly explained to date due to limited research in its field of the mechanism of action ( Huu et al. 2019) . Most importantly, the BoNT A has no known side effects to the patients; this is the most significant trait of the therapy. BoNT A Injection and Wound Tension According to the recent research….., the significant determinant that shaping the smooth outlook of the wound is the tensile force that is exerted on the peripherals of the wound during the recovery process. The amount of tension on the wound affects the mechanical restructuring of the skin after the wound is healed. The perpendicular tension force s on the injured surface affects the wound muscles thus interfering with the normal healing process of the surface thereby leading to the formation of the keloids (Hao & Li & Chen & Ye 2018) . In the instance of injecting the BoNT A, it initiates a moderated paralysis on the injured muscles; this leads to the repression of muscle contraction thus reducing the vertical forces exerted on the wound. The application of BoNT A is effective in the elimination of imbalanced muscle tensions that may distort the normal healing process of the injured section. Therefore, the research indicates that BoNT A injection is an essential therapy in ensuring the improved dermal healing process leading to a better appearance of the scar. BoNT A injection and on collagen The prolonged swelling of the dermal section can lead to high collagen production and increased deposits of glycosaminoglycans. When erythema is extended, there is high metabolism that leads to a high intensity leading to keloids. The increased swelling of the wound surface is initiated by some agents such as progressive microtrauma due to increased tension of the wound, or due to other determinants including conditions such as hypertension that are causative factors of keloids. Also, genetic agents are also responsible for the e keloid condition. Some genetically related diseases are associated with Keloids. For instance, Rubinstein-Taybi (Elhefnawy 2016) . Therefore, more research has indicated that the BoNT A induces transient paralysis that is essential in inhibiting the tension on the wound and delays expansion on the wound margins until

the collagen matures to support the healing mechanism. The earlobe experiment on the infected surface has shown positive results after administering of BoNT A injections. This injection reduces the excessive synthesis of the collagen cells thereby decreasing the thickness of the scar after healing. BoNT A injection impacts on gene expression of fibroblasts BoNT A action on the cell is an interesting theory that describes the effect of the latter on HS scars and the alkaloids. The injection has some impacts on the cell division and the distribution cycle of fibroblasts. The fibroblasts over proliferation are the primary cause that leads to keloids.
