The different types of specialty drinks and menu items that will be added will help in the growth of the coffee house. Depending on the demographics of the additional coffee houses, will ultimately add on a soft jazz band on Fridays and Saturdays evenings for customers of 18 years and older. This will add value to the coffee houses and also an increase in revenue. Competitive Advantages There are many different ways to create an advantage over the competitors. There can be many types of competitive advantages including the coffee house’s cost structure, product offerings, distribution network and customer support (Investopedia, 2012). An example of this advantage is to a huge motivation level through the employees and customers. The customer’s needs are a priority. Delicious Coffee House believes that a customer-centric approach will add value to the coffee house and will differentiate them from their competitors (Michael Porter, 2010). Conclusion In conclusion, Delicious Coffee House will be known as a legacy for the community. It will give compassion for its customers, be accommodating to all types of customers, will give great customer service, and will be authentic to its competitors. References:
