Transactional leaders set goals with employees, help employees achieve the goals and use incentives and discipline to motivate and reward employees. D’Alessio had also characteristics of a transactional leader; she rewarded her employees with drugs and maybe other perks to keep them working at the club. Besides being a leader at Studio 54, D’Alessio was also a massive partier.
