The role of the Human Resource IT Specialist in a company is very challenging because they need to innovate their hiring techniques to become the best among the others in the business industry. The generation of “Baby Boomers” or the individuals who were born from 1940-1960 will now leave the business world that is why the companies in the coming years will need the millennial to help them achieve their goals and plans since the millennial generation are knowledgeable about the advanced technology, they will definitely lead in this coming few years. That is why the HR Specialist should know the needs, wants, likes, and dislikes of this generation and they must also go along with the ideas of the millennial in able to attract and acquire them in their organization.
