To identify how customers apply the use Chatbot such as Ali-Me. To learn how Chatbot such as Ali-Me influences user's satisfaction ,and finally To determine pros and cons of customers' service for Alibaba by applying this robot chats. 1.1.1.1.1.1 Research Background Popularity of e-commerce or online marketing currently known as digital marketing is nowadays changing traditional consumer behaviors of Chinese population. The advantage of digital shopping platforms like Alibaba is that they are convenient and offer lower price on commodities as they eliminate intermediaries from the supply chain. Young people or middle-aged population does not only embrace E-commerce, but also according to Chinese digital commerce research Centre, even old population has embraced it. CN monitoring data showed that Chinese clothing industry grew in digital shopping to reach 943.3 billion Chinese Yuan by 2016. A growth of 25% per year while the market entrance grew to 37%.As one of world's largest e-commerce site ,Alibaba consumers have demonstrated preferences on almost all items, what kind of store meets their satisfaction; consumer clothing ,online experience among others. This article shows customers' experience and satisfaction level due to application of AliMe in Alibaba. AliMe was designed to improve customer satisfaction experience and for marketing plan in the future of Alibaba digital industry. 2 Research Meanings In the recent past, the online marketing industry has turned to be a more successful, through the development of commerce operation theory. Many researchers found that customer satisfaction is critical to the growth of commerce. This research mainly deals with one-dimensional digital marketing i.e. the influence of Chatbot (AliMe) to Alibaba consumers and its importance to their customer satisfaction.
