improving the quality of and access to the patient. 2. The distance between hospitals. If the services stop, patients will be forced to drive one hour and thirty minutes to the nearest hospital, making fast access to the medical service impossible. 3. Even though the community understands and appreciates the service, it would not tolerate being left without it. It is not a viable option for them; therefore the complaints and even future demands will begin. 4.
