Practical research on the success of an enterprise requires both effective management and leadership to be presented through FPT Corporation. Referring to FPT, people always think about Mr. Le Vinh Thanh, Senior vice President. Since joining FPT, he has greatly contributed to the establishment and development of FPT Da Nang – FPT Software’s branch in the central region. In 3 years, he was continuously promoted from Team Leader, Project Manager, Division Leader to Strategic Unit Director working for Japanese customers. Under his management, FPT Da Nang witnessed impressive development with huge success in the Japanese market. Mr. Thanh was awarded the highest title “Most Outstanding Performance” in 2012 as he led the Strategic Unit to grow up to 1000 employees and achieve a 60% growth rate. The control mechanism that built at FPT Da Nang is to create comfort and empowerment with parallel and flexible control. Not only brings a diversity of corporate culture color, but Mr. Thanh also builds a Management system which is a team spirit and democracy. The flexibility in idea, the stability in the organization is one of the most strength in FPT. It can be seen that not only the link between leadership and management at the company but this link also extends to each employee. During the development process, Mr. Thanh can be seen as the soul and a person who attracts talent people outside. FPT is becoming the leader in Vietnam’s information and FPT also makes an effort to become an international company. The difference in leadership style, the prominence of corporate culture and the association between all members of FPT Corporation has created a separate combat weapon for FPT with other businesses. In conclusion, leadership and management have a close relationship. In high-performing organizations, they are the same and not inseparable. Two processes create the same goals; a leader who has a vision and plans will be ineffective if he or she cannot use the material skill to procure and allocate human resources to accomplish duties. communications. Every individual must act in a manner appropriate to the context of the situation and should be ready and open to lead and manage as necessary to be effective.
