the workplace has helped me identify which of my team members have personality traits similar to mine and which team members have personality traits different from mine. Knowing this information has allowed me to realize who I can reach out to if I need to get out of my comfort zone to complete a project and make sure that project is successfully executed. Knowledge frompersonality assessments has also allowed me to reflect on why I may act a certain way in a moment, and allow for improvement if I find myself in a similar situation at a later date. Comparing the two personality assessments, I think the 16 Personalities test to be more reliable and valid. Although website titles are not a direct identifier in whether a test is valid and reliable, I did find it odd that the Big Five website is listed as outofservice.com whereas the 16 Personality test aligned with the title of the assessment. The 16 Personalities test aligns with Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) while I was not able to identify what the Big Five was based off, which is why I think this assessment is more valid compared to the Big Five.
