Schedule risk, there are many responsibilities to be accommodated into the schedule any of which could cause delay. Performance risk, project manager has little direct experience in the housing and construction industry. Regulatory cost/impact The initial budget for this project has yet to be negotiated; however, it will cover application fees, technology/software fees, and contracts with third party partners that will aid in the completion of the project. Some of these fees will be a recurring fee, such as monthly rent or lease, while others will be a one-time cost such as fees for specific certifications as requested by client.
