Job Specifications, or Job Specs., are details and descriptions about a job that serve  as a thumbnail view of the job. ______  -- Questions were asked word for word on the exam! ______  -- Answers that were confirmed through the internet. Took this test on 26 Oct 10 and scored a 434. Questions were very vague. There could have been  numerous answers for each one.   I took an old study guide and highlighted/typed out  36  questions that  were definitely on the test. If you did minimal studying in conjunction with these questions/answers you’ll  ACE this!!! Had a lot of questions in the following subjects so know them well (2 or more questions each topic): Business models (Sole Prop, Partnerships, Corporations, Franchises) (Liability, Taxes, Benefits,  Disadvantages, Specifics of each) Monetary and Fiscal Policies Tariffs and Taxes Ecommerce ISO 9000 and 14000 Social Responsibility Short Term and Long Term forecasting and planning Sarbanes Oxley Act Accounting Financial statements (Balance Sheet, Cash Flows, Budgets, etc) Small Business (financing, business plan) Global trade  Marketing Products Specifics: Absolute Advantage OSHA fines FDA NAFTA (know more than just who are members) Sales Transaction (process) Product Life Cycle Contingent Worker
