Where are the headquarters for the company that sells this commodity, and what is the company’s annual profit? (1-2 sentences) Hershey’s headquarters are in Derry Township, Pennsylvania. Hershey’s annual revenue in 2019 was $7.986B. 3. Describe | Where do the materials for the commodity come from, and how are they produced? Hershey’s chocolate bar starts with the cocoa beans. They come from Central and South America, West Africa and Asia, places like Ghana, the Ivory coast, Indonesia and Brazil. Harvesters in these areas break the pods open with a machete to let out the beans. Then they are fermented for up to a week so the beans can heat up and lose some of their bitterness. Next, the harvesters put them out to dry for about a week. After that, they package them up in huge sacks and sent them off to Hershey’s factory. The sugar mainly comes from Brazil,
