Human Resources departments today may carry outsome of these functions, but their primary job is to hire, take care of the pay and benefits of an employee, offer training programs, and complete administrative tasks (Heathfield, 2018). According to Erika Garms (2014), human factors will be the most significant factor of success inthe future. This means that OD professionals need to focus on working with employees to help them to succeed, for the organization to succeed. Diversity training is one process carried out by OD personnel (Leadley, 2015). Since they are worried about the well-being of employees, their acclimation within the organization, and their ultimate success in their position, OD personnel spend a good deal of time in planning for meaningful diversity training.REFERENCESGarms, E.
