Most organizations use a blend between its. 'Best practice' is a method or technique that has consistently shown results superior to those achieved with other means. Whereas, "‘Best fit' refers to policies that an organization chooses to manage its company because historic factors, culture, and industry trends" (Mondy&Martocchio, 2016 , p. ? ). For example, a company employs a 5 month pregnant employee for 3 months because of her experience and abilities. Another company will take maternity leave and still pay wages. 4.4 Hard and Soft models of HRM There are many ways to approach the management of HR in a business , typically asHard and Soft models. In Vietnam, most organizations practice used 'Hard' HRM. They treats employees essentially as asset of the company (like machinery & buildings). "This type of models has a strong link with corporate business planning - what resources do they need, how do they get them and how much will they cost" (Riley, 2018 . P ara . ? ). The 'Hard' approach to HR may has a positive impact on the company at times of difficulty in business, by reducing the total monthly salary
