This is a concept that hasremained useful and effective towards business promotion and realization of the greatest objectives, mission, and organizational goals.The other contribution by the thinker is that he expressed the relevance of managerial concepts for the private sector, the government and even non-government organizations. Initially,managerial patterns and approaches were only treated as useful approaches and practices which are only applicable for business corporations with formal operations. However, the new approachbrought a totally new kind of understanding which has remained effective till this very day. He also presented new views and understanding of the worker. According to his work, Drucker strongly believed that each and every worker or employee was an essential asset of an organization. This means that the individuals are not supposed to be treated badly since they are not liabilities (Drucker, p. 1989, p. 12). Through his work, the thinker was in a position of informing the world that all workers are knowledgeable individuals and play a very huge role towards the development of the modern global economy. It is from this teaching that it has been observed that all people form an important role in organizations and should therefore be guided and provided with the necessary.As part of the management process, businesses and organizations should also have connection with the community (Drucker, p. 1989, p. 12). This is because the survival of business organizations depends entirely on the success of the societies around them. This calls for managers to undertake what is known as social responsibility and be able to promote the greatest gains for the society. In return, the organization will get relevant support from the

Corporateresponsibility has since them become an important aspect of business organizations.Drucker also emphasized on the relevance of observing organizational goals and needs as a manager. Managers should understand the goals of business organizations and be able to determine when such goals are realizable or not. If not so, the best measures should be founded and as a result ensure they are made achievable. Managers should also be in a position of adopting professional values rather than emphasizing on organizations founded on only a single value. This might affect their performance and make the stated goals or objectives unattainable.
