This is evident in recruitment of staff. It is a work to have the right methods and choices the best and the most professional employee. The development working environment depends on the ability as well as the employee’s sense of well-being. 6.2 Sources of recruitment Recruiting is the process of finding the right employee for the job as well as the position. Recruitment is divided into two sources: - Internal recruitment: Employees who are active in the business will rotate into space. It is not waste time and inexpensive, avoid recruiting wrong people. However, it limit the number of staff of the business, not promote the brand trade (McQuerrey, 2018) - External recruitment: it is to look for employees outside to fill position in company. On the other hand, it takes long time to train employees and cause undue completion relationship among staff ( McQuerrey, 2018) 6.3 Job analysis, job descriptions, personal specifications and competency frameworks. - Job analysis: learn more detail and defined the characteristics of the job. Job details are provided to the employees so that the business can assess the level accomplishment of employees. The organizational structures of the work are clearly separated and set up. Employees need to know each job must do to avoid errors. (Surbhi, 2015) - Job descriptions: Job descriptions must be clear to easily find people. Summarized the work through tools, making lists of tasks to be completed. Relationship in work must be public such as between departments. Professional qualifications are trained strictly (Surbhi, 2015) - Personal specifications: This is the standard for finding the best candidate. It includes: appearance, qualifications, innate ability, goals (Reynold, 2017) - Competency frameworks: it is structure describes capacity, evaluates the work environment, the value of the organization, terms of work, established work behavior, employee occupational roles. (Vonken, 2016) 6.4 On-boarding and induction On-boarding is the training process for new employees. They are trained in skills, provide more knowledge to suit work and work high productivity. The organization develop more staff and the necessary behaviors to work effectively. When using on-boarding program, it has some benefits and drawbacks. In terms of benefits, they can improve quality, reduce costs, control all processes. Regarding to drawbacks, they are too complex, waste time, it takes a lot of effort (Belaiche,2017)
