Intensity: Pretty intense. The workouts I get to do are a lot more intensive than I was expecting. Reaction: I’m so happy to have a workout routine and have it be hard too. It felt so good to get a full workout in and it’s exciting to have a daily workout schedule that I can do now. Emotional/Spiritual: Activity: Walking or driving is becoming a little more difficult with the weather like it is. But since I have to walk to classes anyway, I decided to just use that time. So I made a conscious effort to pay attention to the nature and environment around me and use my walks to reflect. Time: 15 minutes (various times combined) Reaction: It’s kind of surprising how much goes unnoticed when I’m not consciously paying attention to everything. I noticed more animals, plants, and various things around campus that I don’t normally pay attention to. I enjoyed it and should make it a habit to always use my walks to class in this way. Journal Entry 24 Date: 11/16 Physical Activity: Workout legs and upper body Time: 1 hour

Intensity: This workout wasn’t quite as hard as Monday’s but still challenging. Reaction: I felt really good for this workout. I was excited for it and I wanted to keep going even after I was done. I can’t do that unfortunately, but it just makes me more motivated for the next workout. Emotional/Spiritual: Activity: Stayed inside and observed the snow from my nice warm room. Time: 30 minutes Reaction: My class got cancelled Friday morning so I just stayed in my room and watched the snow fall for a long time. It was so pretty and enjoyable to just relax and watch. I haven’t seen this much snow like this in a long time so it was cool to see that much all over the place. Also, from my room I have a perfect view of Mt. Kearsarge which I take total advantage of looking at all the time. Journal Entry 25 Date: 11/26 Physical Activity: Workout- mile run, legs, and upper body. Time: 2 hours

Intensity: Pretty high, Monday’s are the hardest days from the workouts Cassie gave me. Reaction: Again, I’m really happy to be back to full workouts and I’m feeling much better being able to work out every day. Emotional/Spiritual (11/25): Activity: Drove back from my friend’s house in Manchester Time: 40 minutes Reaction: I got a lot of driving time to myself over break, about 12 hours of it. But I really don’t mind driving on my own. I listen to music, call people, and just enjoy some time to myself. It was nice to have the time to be in my own thoughts and really take into account how I’m feeling. Journal Entry 26 Date: 11/28 Physical Activity: Another full-body workout from Cassie.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
