Pharmacists for Life International is an organization of pharmacists who refuse to  fill prescriptions for medications they feel cause abortions.   In reality there isn’t a great  demand for this pill, so if pharmacists refuse to stock it, they won’t go out of business.   So the only way for the big drug companies to market these pills is to sell them directly to the doctors. The emergency contraception pill is dangerous also.   What if the pill “fails” and  the woman remains pregnant?  Or what if the woman’s 14-year-old daughter gets a hold  of the pill and thinks it’s a good excuse to hook up with a boy she’s barely met?  It’s been said that any doctor who thinks nothing of dispensing a pill that can kill has no place in  the healing arts. An interesting fact is that all doctors take an oath swearing that they will “do no  harm.”  Tabor accuses gynecologists of giving women prescriptions for emergency  contraception, even it they do not want them.  This brings up the debate of weather the  doctor who does this is breaking his oath, or upholding it? Another topic that is highly controversial is whether late term abortion should be  legal.  In 1992 partial-birth abortion was brought to public attention. That’s where  Marvin Haskell, M.D. gave a presentation to the National Abortion Federation.  Many  united to speak on behalf of the unborn when they discovered the facts of late term  abortion.  The movement took shape to ban the procedure. “Overnight, the procedure was tagged as the most inhumane method of  abortion, causing severe pain to an unborn child who is already in the process of a live birth.  The method is commonly compared to infanticide, because the child is  almost entirely delivered before the abortion doctor brutally ends his of her life.  2

Pope This is done by crushing the child’s skull just moments before the first breath… (Kolenc)”  Antony Barone Kolenc is a professor of constitutional law at the U,S. Air Force  Academy.  He said, “Without the ban, the medical profession is on a slippery slope that  makes it more acceptable to devalue human life.”  Gretchin Vozz was a mother who had  a late term abortion.  She said, “We both knew what we needed to do…. We decided to  terminate the pregnancy.  It was our last parental decision.”  Her baby had severe birth

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
