In addition they also appeared in most of LCL containers deconsolidated in June 2019, although total of 20’ container in that month is 29 conts, Bee logistics corporation accounted for 10 conts, 34% in total compared with 41% belonging to Dolphin logistics corporation which gained 12 conts in total. When it come to 40’ container, the total number was 64. Dolphin Corporation took the largest part, gaining 63% in total (41 containers in the month). Those main clients of company help CFS warehouse keep the output stably over months. 2.2.3.2 Staff doing the exploitation process of LCL container at company evaluation Because there is no specific assessment of personnel quality at the CFS warehouse, Author used the KPI method to assess employee performance at work. The survey is performed by two people: Mr. Nguyen Duc Lam – director of the company and Mr. Mai Xuan Chung head of Marketing and Exploitation department with 25 years and 20 years experiences in this field. Firstly, in work progress of choosing key performance indicators, author decided to interview Mr. Nguyen Duc Lam( director of Viet Nam container exploitation company) with 25 years of working and managing experience in this field. Which is the key performance indicators of an employee carrying out this business activities in genaral and what the weight distribution of each ones if the total weight standard was 100 %, he supposed that there are many factors that affect employee performance in the job but mostly they are divided into the following 3 groups: Employee attitude, Employee competence and Completion of time with the weight Bui Thi Hang – IBL0602 Page 41

Particularly, in term of Employee attitude, 10% is belonged to each criteria following: Enthusiasm and responsibility, respect for colleagues and customers, Carefulness and meticulousness. When it comes to employee competence, Quality of work achieve 20% while the productivity, job knowledge and problem solving take 10% in order. Last but not least, 20% is belonged to completion of time. Then author consulted Mr. Mai Xuan Chung head of marketing and exploitation about the level of assessment.
