The histogram is created by first finding the highest and lowest prices in the F column. For the F column, the lowest price is 1,377.55 U.S. dollars and the highest price is 2,021 U.S. dollars. This shows that the binge range can be between 1400 and 2100. Once that is determined, create a separate column labeled BINS and placed the numbers 1400 thru 2100 in the column. For this histogram, the range can be 100 after each number. An example would be 1400 +100 which would be 1500.

After clicking on the data tab, the next step is to click on the data analysis tab,find histogram and click ok. This will open the histogram settings page. For the input range, select the numbers in the F column (adjusted closing price) which are the numbers between F2 and F253. The BIN range would be the column labeled BINS. Ensure chart output is checked and for the output range click on any available cell; click ok. The histogram chart below should appear.
