law, customary law and other restrictions on import and export must be studied well before the expansion and must also be discussed with the local lawyer. The most crucial law that must be carefully understood is the transfer of technology law that might be difficult to comprehend and understand if it is extremely tough and can completely change the direction of the business operations in another country (Fei, 2015). There are geographic barriers that existed previously, but no longer are a point of major concern because all across the globe, there are organizations that are expanding. There may be certain religious and cultural issues that can become an issue. For example, in India Mc Donalds was unable to sell their beef and chicken burgers and received a negative promotion and brand name due to it. They were forced to shift to customizing their products accordingly and shifted to vegetable burgers to meet their customers' demands. Another example is that American food taste will not be acceptable in Middle Eastern or Asian countries because European and American prefer more of less spicy and bland flavor, whereas the Asian regions focuses more on spices and local food rather than fast food (Fei, 2015). Another important factor can be accessed to skilled human resource that is a major concern and an asset for every organization. It is important that before expansion, an organization must carefully study their requirements for human capital and plan their expansion accordingly. If the local country has access to skilled professional than it is preferred that local employees are hired. Third World countries generally do not have access to high quality, skilled professionals which make it appropriate to send expatriates for the highest professional designations and hire local labor for skilled tasks. The two main countries that can be preferred for expansion that value expatriates as well are Switzerland and Spain. Switzerland is considered to be the most popular country among expatriates and most suitable for expansion as it offers amazing employment packages as well as high standard quality living for expatriates. This country provides great and exciting work opportunities for people who enjoy recreational activities such as skiing and beautiful outdoor natural beauty offered in all seasons (Osborne, 2012).
