BSBMGT403 Implement Continuous improvement 1.0 Executive Summary This report aims to determine how the organization process and policy affects on operational plan and how the office assistant works and follow the process and policy. A policy is a process or guideline for the execution of a policy, a procedure is a "core" part of a policy, and outlines the tasks that must be performed to implement the policy. For example, when an organization implements a new project, the basics of the operational plan include policies and procedures. It is the policies and procedures to fine-tune who will do what and when. 1.1 Mission The office assistant’s mission is providing a comprehensive range of office products and services to the customers. Organization needs exist to attract and maintain customers. When they adhere to this maxim, everything else will fall into place. So the services will exceed the expectations of the customers 1.2 Business Plan Objectives The organization needs to have the strategic objective to grow the service component of the business in the next year.
