There are four steps in this process: identifying, analysing, mapping and prioritizing. Notably, the mapping step involves evaluating the relationships of stakeholders and the business, regarding objectives of the company. Stakeholders with high power but low interest could affect stakeholder strategies, those with high interest but low power could support beneficial issues, and those with high power and high interest tend to involve in the business as “leaders and sponsors” (Milosevic 2009).
