chain network. This will increase the chances of having the correct amount of inventory on hand or
having manufactures increase productions. Warehouse management systems (WMS) are a key piece to
this data sharing as well; it will give the ability to data share across the network and track shipments via
RFID. Managers must ensure that the technology is kept up to date and employees are up to date on
training, this will help with smooth operations.
